New Delhi. Ranveer Singh’s starrer film ‘Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge’ is showing signs of breaking records at the box office even before its release. Advance booking figures indicate that the film is going to be a huge hit with the audience.

Till Tuesday, the film has collected overseas collections of around Rs 32.50 crore worldwide. Including bookings of Rs 16 crore in India, the worldwide pre-sale figure has reached Rs 48.50 crore. Experts estimate that this number may cross Rs 50 crore today.
Boom in America and Australia
In the US, the film has taken advance bookings of approximately $2.25 million for the four-day extended weekend. Of this, $8 lakh was earned only from the premiere show. This is the biggest advance booking ever for any Bollywood film.
The film has also made a splash in Australia. Tickets worth approximately 5 lakh Australian dollars have been sold for the weekend, due to which the excitement among the audience is at its peak.
Records in Canada and Europe
In Canada, the Cineplex chain sold tickets worth 200,000 Canadian dollars on the first day of bookings, taking the market’s total to more than 400,000 dollars.
In Germany, the film performed at par with Shahrukh Khan’s film ‘Pathan’ by selling more than 10 thousand tickets. At the same time, in UK too, with booking of 1.50 lakh pounds, this film remains at the level of ‘Pathan’ and ‘Jawaan’.

According to reports, the final advance booking of the film will easily cross the Rs 100 crore mark. Experts believe that this figure can reach between Rs 150 to 200 crores. The target of Rs 200 crore will become more clear once the weekend bookings open in India.
