Highlighting cultural ties, he said that Indonesian culture is deeply influenced by Indian civilization. He revealed, “One of my genome sequencing tests has revealed that my DNA is Indian. Maybe that’s why I feel so happy when I listen to Indian music and my body starts dancing.” He told that about 50% of the words in Indonesian language are taken from Sanskrit.

President Prabowo praised the Election Commission of India and India’s ‘unity in diversity’. He said that the peaceful transition of power in such a large and diverse country of 1.4 billion people is a wonderful achievement, which he himself is studying.
