Mumbai: Back in the world's top six, the Indian badminton star credits smart tournament planning, a revamped support team and renewed confidence for her resurgence, while insisting that her hunger for success remains undiminished
Two-time Olympic medallist PV Sindhu believes her Hylo Open title triumph is another significant step in her resurgence on the international badminton circuit, but insists there is considerable room for improvement as she looks to sustain her form and challenge the world's best players.
Having won two titles this season, reached another final and climbed to world No 6, Sindhu is delighted with her progress after enduring a difficult period over the past few years.
"Touchwood, I'm happy that I'm back again. After 2022, I'm back in the top six, if I'm not wrong. I'm happy that things are going well," Sindhu said during a media interaction following her Hylo Open victory.
